Delivering affordable housing in a new integrated community

Banksia Grove is a new masterplanned community in Perth being created by Walker in joint venture with the West Australian Government through the Department of Housing and Works, and with a Perth-based property development firm Property Resources Management (PRM).

Sustainability, affordability and community are the three cornerstones of the development.  The new community will be home to around 12,000 people and will comprise up to 3,000 homes, multi-functional community facilities, a shopping centre, new schools with significant recreation grounds, parklands and “bush forever” zones.
